I have the task of organising a stag do and I am looking for some ideas. First of the Stag does not drink so a pub fuelled affair is not what we are looking for. One of the favoured ideas so far is a canoe trip of the Spey with a camp stop for one night.
Another idea was the Nevis River Race but this seems to not exist anymore. Does anyone know of any other similar events that would be fun for a stag do?
Any help appreciated.
Doesn't drink, but what are his thoughts on coke and/or hookers?
Can I come if you do #1?
Why are you after more ideas? What are the flaws with that plan or are you just after options to decide which suits you (plural) most? Can you get coke and hookers at the campsite?
Really, a canoe and camp sounds great and similar to my stag except it was sailing.
Just looking into various possibilities as someone might have a better idea. The only flaw in my plan is that everyone else who drinks will have to cart loads of beer with them!
As for coke and hookers, not many of them dotted along the spey.

That's your job to arrange surely 😉

The expensive, classy ones will travel...
Is northernangels.co.uk still up and live?
Could the campsite be prearranged with tents set up, BBQ dropped off and beers cooled?
My stag was about as far from the Spey as you can get (S. coast) but we did pre-arrange the campsite.
Turns out the main flaw in the Spey canoe trip plan is the size of the group. Companies are coming back saying max size would be around 10 folk.
Boys road trip to the Le Mans 24 hour race in France.
Close thread.

Ask yourself "are these people gonna be at the Stags funeral, come the day?"
Huck off the ones who don't pass that muster job jobbed!
Archery.
Quad bikes.
Clap pigeon shooting.

Escape Room.
Go Ape.
I don't drink.
Can't really say too much on a public forum.
Outdoor stuff, curry and murmur murmur murmur.
Built some rafts and went down the Severn for a friend's stag do as there were about 20 or so of us. Only one fell apart.
Uplift at Dunkeld, hire canoes and have a paddle on the tay.
On my brother's we used these chaps http://www.naelimits.co.uk and did white water rafting and quad biking. Well organised and a good day out! In the evening we got bolloxed!
I did a weekend on the Norfolk broads for my stag do on a large boat that slept 10 or 12.
It was a great laugh and very relaxed, just cruising up and down the river and stopping at pubs whenever we felt like it...
