I keep reading things on that internet about Sleep mode killing SSDs prematurely. Is it true? I've just got a new PC with an SSD and obviously I don't want to break it!
I'd be interested in this too, mine seems to crash when sleeping/hibernating whatever it does...
I used to put mine into Hibernation but got plenty of BSOD after a long sleep or every few days.
Now I put my system in full power with no hibernation/sleep mode except letting the display screen goes into standby blank only.
MY BSOD could be related to the mobo's battery but could also be hibernating problem.
Mines seems OK. Isn't sleep otherwise known as Suspend to Ram as opposed to a Hibernation file being written so can't see how this would affect SSD? Then again...what do I know.
