Use Spotify a lot at home, obviously with wifi.
Need a new SIM anyway, and I'm starting to get out and about more with potential for more working from work (and I'll not be able to use their bandwidth) so as a rough guestimate, how much data do you use a month for Spotify.
Its 30Gb then 200Gb then unlimited in terms of options for me. Don't do massive heavy browsing/streaming apart from the music when out and about so may as well save a few pennies if I don't need the excess.
I've set mine to download any favourites, I download whole playlists, allow it to suggest things and any subscribed podcasts on WiFi.
Therefore I'm not using that much data when I'm out. I've 12gb data a month, usually I'm using 2-4gb...
I usually download my podcasts before I go anywhere but I think you need a subscription for that
Oh, I'd forgotten you can download stuff - premium user so should have that ability.
I use Spotify moderately heavily, pretty much all the time when driving - 800 miles a month in average I'd guess, plus while riding, at home etc - coming in at about 1-1.5gb data (I'd say 60% of that on 4/5g)
4gb for me. I use it quite a lot, coffee shops etc. I very rarely connect to wifi, even at home as I get 500mbs on 5G. So Spotify is used on data at home.
Im with 3 on unlimited data
I pretty much only listen to playlists, which are all downloaded, so barely any network usage at all.

Very much this. Because:
30 GB would be 52 hours of Spotify at ‘high’ bitrate. That’s usually plenty, especially since Spotify will automatically locally download (cache) content you listen to frequently.
You probably only need the higher tiers if you’re addicted to TikTok.
I play Spotify whilst driving but some of my playlists are saved. Last four months is varied 0.7 to 1.7gb
