So my surround amps doesn't support it but went round a mates last night who had a posher yamaha av amp which does. Listened to all sorts, very nice.
Just messing about trying to get my tv to pick it up - it won't - and notice the yamaha amp is still listed under devices. Tried playing something and it appears to be working but i can't hear anything. Just in case it was coming out of his amp I played leader of the pack by Julian clary on max volume. Sure enough he rings me up and asks if it's me.
Surely that's some kind of security mistake on yamaha or spotifys part? Mate lives 15 miles away
Not unusual, you've registered it on his device so you would have to deregister it.
