[Closed] Sports/Health Insurance

Hi
I've had a couple of serious injuries from biking over the past couple of years and have to take take off work/education resulting in lost income and general financial disadvantage. I was thinking of taking out some sort of insurance that is sports injury related.

Anyone have any experience of this sort of thing and could point me in the right direction? Am I better off going with a specialist sports insurance company or is a general health insurance a better idea?
