I have a tracks/route gpx file which has the driving route + lots of stops/waypoints in one separate file.
I'd like to get rid of the driving route and be left with just the waypoints to save as favs on an OSM based app.
Any suggestions how to do this?
GPX Editor and GPX.Studio won't do it. GPS Babel doesnt seem to do it but has lots of errors so might be user error.

That looks promising but even when I delete the route part from the list in "my collection" and then export, it still imports as a track to OSM rather than just a simple list of fav POIs
Long winded but managed to do it by uploading the original file to Google maps as a new layer, then downloading as gpx and back into OSM
