Mine are Yaktrax I think. Those Simonds look grippy, but possibly not ideal for the decking.
I use Kahtoola microspikes and would recommend them. I can put them on trainers and go running, or anything else right up to snowboard boots. Take seconds to get on or off.
Don't wear them indoors.
