I need 2 sets of 2 gang exterior sockets fitting? The firsty will be spurred off internal sockets and the 2nd will be trunked from the first around the side of my house. What should I be looking at paying?

You usually can't spur multiple sockets from a single socket. You'll need a fused spur, then all your sockets will be limited to 13a between them. Probably not an issue unless you are planning a lot of high power appliances. Cost will depend on location and how much extra work needs doing with routing. The actual wiring up and parts will be pretty cheap.

Materials around £60-70.
I presume you mean conduit rather than trunking?
2 2 gang sockets can come off the existing socket circuit, using a larger cable size.
Of course, if you intend to run a load of things with a current draw of over 20amps regularly from these sockets, then it will be different, and you'd be best with a new supply.
But, the common garden items being plugged in are usually low wattage items with limited use, like mowers/trimmers etc, so spurring off an existing circuit will be fine. I would be inclined to put an isolating switch inside, so you can turn off the outside supply.
They are meant to be very waterproof, but I have seen them full of water, if that happened, it'd be a right pain as your internal sockets will need to be turned off until they are fixed. A 20 amp DP switch would be perfect.
It'd take me 3 to 4 hours to do it properly, so if you can get it done for £200 all in, that'd be a decent price.
