Hi
How can I soundproof my interior? I am irritated with coming noise of bikes, scooters all time. My home is nearest to the roadway. If anyone having any suggestion please help me.

Double/triple glazing. Plasterboard with insulation on the inside of the outer wall. Insulation on any attic space above.

Or, ear plugs.

High frequency noise is easier than low frequency stuff which is more vibrations coming though the walls than noise.
When I did loft I insulated using rigid insulation boards between joists with every little gap filled with expanding foam (1st layer), Multi foil quilts with all joints and edges taped (2nd layer) and then floated the plasterboard on noise isolating resilient bar with every edge and gap filled with acoustic sealant (3rd layer), It worked a treat but is quite a lot of effort! Attention to detail is key, one tiny gap makes huge difference.
