Ever since I won the school sack race in the summer I have been aware I have an achilles. I better say I am a 48 dad.
It feels a little sore in the mornings & then goes away as soon as I have walked about a bit. At the weekend I was definitely more aware of it during a short walk.
What exercises & stretches can I do ?
And should I be more proactive & seek out a physio ?
just to reiterate it's not that sore, it's just that I am aware I have got one (well two actually), but the other is fine.
