MrsMC is treating me to a trip away,crashing here tonight but need somewhere to eat - simple pub food or chain diner type place will suffice

Indian 5 mins walk over the bridge was fairly decent... (not the butter curry though)

Maybe not very very close (2 miles) but Lisbon tapas, even Jay Rayner loved it. We had an amazing meal there a short while ago.
