Having recently moved house when going through all my old stuff I found a couple of old Mint Sauce calendars - thought to myself, let's list it on ebay... I might get a couple of quid for it.
£26.00 it sold for! Madness...
I would of given you £26.40.
I'd have asked to borrow it so I could get a copy made.
Maybe the buyer will ask for a refund and return the packaging empty.
My love for Ebay was heightened when I sold a pair of my son's trainers he'd grown out of. Adidas they were. Go on guess how much...
Stuck a set of used flared drops on ebay that I bought for £25 new, sold for £40! I was hoping to get maybe 50-60% of my money back and now feel slightly guilty for the purchaser
i thought i might be quids in, i've still got most of the 1990s calendars, a couple of posters, and even a LTD edition print on posh paper, signed by Jo at the Earls Court fair 1997ish. But then i saw this listing...
DezB - £6.73?
We had a solid gold coloured £2 coin not silver gold.
Apparently it was worth a fortune.
Followed one on ebay it went for £1.99.
guess how much… £65! for second hand shoes. Superb 🙂 (close, Al :D)
Jonnyboi my missus was watching those. We were astounded by the price.
-2.60 for ebay and a little more for pay pay.
I sold a five pound note for £26.
You can get halfpenny coins on Ebay - 99p! My kid's grandad (don't ask) was trying to tell me it was inflation 😀
