Got a letter this morning, confirming registration of someone at my local GP at my address that i've never heard of. Occasionally I get random letters for people that used to live here, but this definitely isn't one of those (there was me, the previous owner, and then a old lady that had lived here for decades).
Any ideas what's up? Some kind of fraud?

Yeah will do, they're closed now. Just struck me as very odd.

Maybe they did a postcode search but accidentally clicked the wrong house number.
