Remove your external post boxes folks, appears someone had dibbed in to collect info, later for the card and even later for the pin number.
Learnt about Experian, Equifax, CIFAS portective registration and Action Fraud this morning.
Only one credit card showing up at the mo, will await over the next few months to see what else happens. It appears that you can stop things from this point being created, but the credit score sites have a lag of a month or so as they update every month. I do hope it is just one card.
Any further advise? Owning with bombers apart or weeing in their shoes.

The cards may have never reached your postbox. One of my banks did require a signed for service for my cards at one point as so many were getting "lost". If you have major concerns you can get card/pin delivered to a branch.
Sadly I have been through this 4 times since 2008 🙁 one guy even stopped for McDonalds halfway through the spree... I have to say that all times the companies were pretty good and I got the cash back with minimal fuss.
My funds are still there, it is a new card that was successfully opened and spent to the hilt. I guess on coke and strippers. Bit like a virtual BIG night out.
