I doubt that is the final case, anyway. There's no way a real Apple product would have that ugly join in the metal side to the case about a third of the way up.
If it's genuine then it's pretty close to a production unit. Sure it'll be more polished but too meet a June/July production schedule the hardware will be near enough finalised.
Whatever it looks like, it'll be my next upgrade come June/July. All I want is the bigger camera and 64Gb of storage. I've filled up my 16Gb 3G.
