It appears I am in the top 0.13% richest earners in the world.
But only just sneak into the top 50% when it comes down to wealth and assets.
Just shows what an impact a couple of redundancies and relatively brief periods of unemployment can have even in our supposed cushioned western world.
My numbers are within a couple of percent of yours MSP, but the other way around.
It clearly has bugs in it, as it says I'm in the top 0.09%.
It certaintly doesnt feel that way...
I travelled around Mozambique, a few years ago - in a convey with a group of Seth Efrikans.

You only feel poor when faced with stuff you cant afford to buy.
Lots of people are not confronted with this problem so wont feel poor.
having travelled a fair bit the happiest people I have met are in poor countries and where TV is rare.
Top 8pc but probably richer than most as 80pc of me winnings are disposable

No, you just underestimate the number of very poor people there are in the world.

Everyone in the west is fantstically rich we just all forget it unless we see actual real poverty

that means you earn 48k a year, but have less than £2500 worth of of personal belongings
that makes no sence is the calculator right
