Broke my shoulder whilst chatting as I cycled along the most innocuous bit of trail...

Cripes it hurts!

This is either the ultimate "I was just riding along.." thread, or there was a sequence of events that caused the shoulder to break....?

Hope it heals fast and strong.

Too busy chatting not enough concentrating! My own fault!

I'm not recommending it as an injury...

Bet that smarts will be worse tomorrow too. Make sure you take the painkillers as directed.

That's the best bit AA. Was only given anti- inflammitories after being told by Doc how painkillers would be needed as it would get even more painful and was given a triangular bandage not the immobilising support I was told I need...

Not a happy bunny right now...

Make sure you take regular paracetamol with the anti inflamatories. Or get some cocodamol ( dont take paracetamol with that.
