What about some balanced reporting/help for those looking for apprenticeships or a.n.other job?
Listening to the radio earlier and one phone in parent seemed to be hyperventilating because their child didn't get the required results to get in anywhere or via the alternative routes. It's as if her child was assigned to the scrap heap because of this!!!
You cannot blame the parents for hyperventilating because they care for their precious.
Even as an uncle I am a bit piss off with the fact that my nephew and niece did badly even when they were told they did very well to get A grade (especially for nephew). My nephew needs AAA to gain entrance to all the Universities he applied for. Now he needs to go through the process again and since he is a non-EU student the amount of bureaucratic work is so much, it is like being treated as criminal for not getting the grades.
I am particularly surprised at my nephew's result due to all the hypes generated after his exam. He compared answers with his teacher and was told his score was nearly perfect ... the actual results were all BBB.
