Had a lovely New Years Day out walking through fresh snow by the river. 🙂

Looking interesting for MrsGrahamS' getting to her nightshift tonight tho!

Forget snow - is that an orange star above Dumfries right now??

Edit - gone now - maybe behind cloud. That was VERY strange 🙂

The weather people keep promising snow here in the West country tomorrow and the day after, but its always tomorrow/day after and never today! Disappointing.

Cold and dry here this morning, so rode over the hills to see a mate in Swansea. Sitting eating cake and drinking coffee at his house, then was time to go home. By time I got back to the top of the hill it was dark and snowing very heavily. The descent back into the valley was really quite scary at times.

Back home, the garden looks like it's been covered in marshmallow and the dog is loving it in a 'WTF is this stuff' kind of way. All good!

Aye, Kbrembo same here down the road in Aviemore, there's 18" in the garden, 2' @ Glenmore and a metre on the hill. Bikes confined to garage, skis - xc and tele, getting a right good doing. Long may it continue!

18" in 2 weeks that's a piss poor attempt. There's 18" fell last night about 15 miles west of me.

Drac the old throw the snowball in a drift ruse is good for a laugh with dogs. They can smell the "toy" but can't pick it up!

STILL no snow in Devon. However, it's cold enough outside to freeze a dog to a lamp post, if you know what I mean...

Easy I measured the ground and that was taken about 3 hours before the snow stopped.
