You should definitely get the Best of the TB Series. 10 year retrospective of Standard Films films and the riders in them. Really good. Bit of a potted history of an influential period in the growth of snowboarding (1992 - 2001) and 10 years' worth of bangers from the best riders by one of the most consistently good film companies out there.

Need to add "In Short" to the list of Benedek films. Really nicely shot, really cool film. And it kicks off with a section at Halifax dryslope. what's not to like!?

And "Futureproof" is one of Absinthe's best.

And the Jeremy Jones "Deeper" and "Further" are great if you like the adventurey, mountaineery, big lines stuff. "Higher" being released next year.

There's a TV series of the Art of Flight which is worth a watch - has quite a lot of 'making of' stuff on it. It's on Netflix I think.

Lines is good - about the history of Alaska big mountain snowboarding.

Daytripper is my all time favourite.

Not really a snowboard movie per se but Kevin Pearces The Crash Reel is some documentary

I REALLY REALLY want Odd Man Out on DVD...I haven't seen it in years..

The problem I have with Art of Flight is that having seen it on BluRay all of my old snowboard DVDs (even The Collective) look like I'm watching them with the wrong prescription lenses... 🙁

+1 for anything absinthe, Futureproof was one of their best I reckon. This is pretty nuts too:

The ridge he gets dropped on at 6:40 is beyond terrifying.

Valhalla. It has some depth, some story, some reason to watch for one hours.
Most of the snow movies are just a bunch of riding clips stitched together.

This!

Jeremy Jones' Deeper and Further! This is as anti-Red Bull as it can get. All the approaches are climbing or skinning with split boards - earn your turn. Or if we are to apply mtb term (I hope it never gets to the snow community) - ENDURO.
I believe there were no helis involved even for the shooting, may be only for logistics and crew transportation.
