I just got to spend a week at [url= http://www.abernethy.org.uk/ardgour/ ]Abernethy Ardgour[/url] on the Ardnamurchan peninsula, helping teach on the outdoor instructor training course - and have worn shorts in the glorious, warm sunshine all week (set against -3/4/5 each night)...
Monday/Tuesday - Trail Cycle Leader training with Jules from [url= http://www.cyclewildscotland.co.uk/ ]Cycle Wild Scotland[/url], including a great pootle up the glen behind [url= http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Strontian ]Strontian[/url] to find the fairies...
Wednesday - biked 11km up Cona Glen to walk up Stob Mhic Bheathain and Stob a Chur.
Thursday - climbing set ups all morning, paddling for 3* Canoe skills on a flat calm and deserted loch with seals nosing around us.
Friday - a day of 'adventures' - building shelters, playing games, climbing trees, cooking smore and generally hanging out in one of the most beautiful places on earth.

Taking the boys to Scotland for their first summer holiday this year with the aim of hitting Applecross/Ullapool, as Ive never been further north than Strontian...
