A website smscaster.com are spamming my phone with the usual BS. It is not too much trouble to ignore the texts in the past, but now I'm getting several every hour. I've contacted them and got no response and 02 can't block it as it comes from a different number every time. It's a mobile I use for work so the number is on a few websites and hardly kept private. Any ideas how I can block these texts?
new legislation has been passed in the last few months that allows the information commissioner to target the sims that spam texts are sent from - some half million pound fines being talked of too.
Your phone provider should have a number that you can forward problem texts to so that they can investigate and trace them.
