Anyone got one of these kenwood machines? Any good? Fancy one for making up protein shakes, morning oats and the like

Not sure about Kenwood but I got a Vitamix from John Lewis.

If you buy one just make sure the jug is BPA free. I got a replacement BPA free jug sent to me because the original one was not BPA free but the Vitamix demonstrators told me it was. So I emailed Vitamix HQ in the state and they sent me BPA free jug for free. Good service from Vitamix though. Very easy to clean (just need to spin some water in the jug) and robust. None of those fancy programming mess.

The most important consideration IMO, is not how well or how fast it smoothes, but how easy it is to clean.
