boy#1 is very much getting into his cross country running and parkruns. he's asked for a smart watch for Xmas so he can track his runs and know how fast he is going etc..
there appears to be loads of choice.
he is pretty good at destroying and/or losing stuff so needs to ideally be robust and cheap. I'd be surprised and happy if it survived the year.... I think I'll say he can't wear it to school, that is where its most likely to be damagaed
recommendations (and ones to avoid!) please

I plan to set him up a free strava profile so he can start to track stuff as well so need ls to be able to upload runs and rides
