[Closed] Smart Apps - canvas?

Does anyone know if Power Apps Canvas is suitable for the following scenario?

Replacing Word user form with the intention of publishing the contents on a SharePoint based website.

Ive mocked up a userform in canvas but don't know if I can transfer the Collection results t a SharePoint format where online users would be able to search through multiple records.

Can Canvas do all of this?

Ideally the userform could be saved mid use and updated later before submission. Even better would be the ability for the form to be checked by a third part after submission.
