No replies or response, so I went through the MCOL route.
It's a funny old thing, and due to radio silence from the other party, they fall under the category of 'presumed guilt' and then you can 'judge them'... da da dahhh..
Again, no reply.
SO I've 'instructed the bailiffs' over 2 weeks ago, and have yet to hear anything back.
I'll give the local court a shout in the morning, but it does seem that the 'bailiffs will take action within 9 days' on the website FAQs.
ANyone been in a similar boat - did the local court ever contact you to say they've got a boot full of video recorders and an old astra for you to flog, or do THEY seize and sell goods, then give you the money owed?
Just looking for real experiences I suppose as it's all very 'self driven', this small claims thing...
