I am having whatever the wife wants to cook, I was out last night for my 30th and have since had a lunch of a large mcnugget meal, a fillet o fish, and a big mac. It was the only thing that could get the taste of tequila out of my mouth. For dinner I am hoping for steamed salmon on spicy vegetable and spinach risotto, with a few cherry tomatoes on there too.

I will probably be given frozen pizza, and it will probably be pepperoni

In hoping that I get a freebie onion salad with my vindaloo from the local later tonight, does that count as 'salad'

We had a rather lovely Salade Nicoise last night.

I've just done a home-made lasagne which we shall be eating around 6:30 before I wrap up warm and head on out for the weekly Cannock Chase Thursday night ride.

I'll take a hip flask of Calvados and a pack of liquorice to keep us going.

Ton, wish I could join you sounds great. We're doing Hugh F-W's soda bread with cheese, apple and guinness. Instructions must be wrong, had to pour gloopy mess onto baking sheet. It is now in the oven... fingers crossed it's actually edible.

Venison stew [Sika pricket] with loads of carrots and taties accompanied by a nice muscular Rioja. Stalked it, shot it, gralloched it and butchered it myself.
