[Closed] Slovenia/Slovakia/Czech or Romania

Hi all. Friends and I have been to Verbier twice in a row, need something new. We were thinking of Eastern Europe. Any recommendations? We enjoy red trails, fast and technical downhill. Like single track in forests and loamy goodness. Looking for somewhere with all of the above, good food, booze and English spoken preferably. If you have any guides I've used that provide a week long service with uplift please let me know!
