Thinking along the lines of the new Piranha, which we watched last night, turned out to be pretty good b-grade schlock horror fun... what're your nominations?

The Descent? Scared the poop out of me.

I like Dog Soldiers. Directed by the same guy but I was able watch this without hiding behind the sofa.

Yep, looking for more of the 'funny' horror type flicks, lots of gore, T & A, cheesy humour etc. Always loved the Evil Dead series for this sort of thing 🙂

The cat in the brain (AKA nightmare concert) watch It at your peril!

Skinned deeper, very funny if you like b-movie horror.

Bad Taste/Braindead/Black Sheep. Good honest kiwi schlock.

Ken Russell's Lair of the White Worm is a rather camp affair based on one of Bram Stoker's other novels.

Them - 1950s post-nuclear fright about giant ants. I mean, 20 foot long 8 feet tall ants

It's Alive - mutant monster baby on the prowl (or perhaps on the crawl) around the suburbs of LA killing anything human in its path

Attack Of The Killer Tomatoes. Yes, really

Quatermass & The Pit was pretty good in its day

"I bought a vampire motorcycle". Basically, the cast of "Boon" do a low budget British "horror" involving the purchase of an undead motorbike that goes on a bloodlust killing spree.

Much like the rest of the series really.

+1 for Tremors, I quite like it. Along with the simply sublime Army of Darkness.

"Slept too long".
