Needing to Downgrade my Sky package (everything package)that’s costing me £85 a month to the billy basics tv package. Does anyone know the quickest and easiest way to do this without it being a 6 grand a minute phone call after going through three weeks of listening to a computerised dickhead or John from Delhi?

Call them, ask to speak to Retentions, tell them you're leaving, keep the same package for half the cost.
