Anyone else got this going on at the moment? It might've been a couple of weeks now, but all the itv channels are not working, all other channels unaffected. It's no great loss tbh, but the little one does like a bit of BGT. Can still access itvx app.

Google search doesn't bring up anything particularly recent, I've obviously restarted, unplugged etc, but no joy.

Anyone had the same and fixed it before I waste a day phoning sky!?

Lucky You! But seriously you could try the online help if you don't want to endure the call centre. Are you in Ireland?

All working fine here

Have you checked the signal strength is settings ?

Personally I wouldn’t be ringing Sky

Generally that’s a problem with the signal, dish moved very slightly, dish has rusted and the arm has dropped a few mm, f connectors on lnb have corroded or something similar. Anyway I would either call a local installer to sort it for you or call Sky and they will send an engineer out. Sky Q is a rental system so you shouldn’t have to pay to have the problem rectified  although Sky did use to say that the dish wasn’t covered in their free maintenance scheme most engineers would sort it foc anyway.

@cogglepin so those types of issues would cause just one set of channels to drop out? Everything else seems to work apart from the various itv ones.

Signal strength seems to be good, seen that thread about Ireland. Tried to do the manual retune as suggested, but I don't know how to delete the original stored channel.

I just know that I'll have to spend an age on the phone going through a load of stuff which won't work before finally getting to an engineer coming out. Which is fair enough from their pov, but you know, I could be doing some far more important procrastinating.

Their support was a driving factor in me leaving them.  The service was decent, right up until the day it isn't and then you're ****ed.
