Digital membership expired - have been free for a month or two, todays red uncloseable adverts pushed me to going paid up member again.
Trying to join/buy results in red exclamation 'sorry this product cannot be purchased' - also does it for the £39 print package as well.
I can't give you money!

Have you all updated your payment details? It’s not trying to use an old card that you’ve used in the past?

my card number has changed since I first subscribed but I figured I would just 'join' again after being free for a few months. I don't get to the payment part.

I had the same a few months ago when mine had expired.
Couldn’t work out what it was and also can’t remember.
In my case it was user error but can’t for the life of me think how I managed to subscribe.

That suggests it’s a bug. The guys are looking into sorry for any issues.
Can I ask that the users that are having issues have checked that your payment details are up to date and valid for your subscriptions. If you have previously bought a subscription and the payment details are no longer valid, you will not be able to buy a new sub because your old subscription is waiting for new payment details. The subscription system makes sure you only have one subscription so will tell you that you cannot buy another one if there is one active or waiting for payment new valid payment details.
If you are still having issues and this is not the case for you, please email subs@singletrackworld.com.
@RustyNissanPrairie and anyone else - to get your subscription back go to your account page and click the subscription tab. There, you should find details of your current subscription. Under the related orders you should find that the latest renewal order failed. You can click on the 'pay' button beside this 'order' which takes you to a payment page which will, once you pay, renew your subscription.
We've been trying to make our processes a bit more user friendly (especially those bits where we get money from our supporters) but we've missed this. The 'Sorry, this product cannot be purchased' message is out of the box and we need this to make some sense so you can do the necessary without resorting to the forum.
This is on our to do list. Sorry about the bother, but thanks for the forum traffic!
Sorted now - the issue was expired/previous card details and me trying to 'start again' with a new subscription.

I don't have an ad blocker and it still appears. It does seem to have a ten second or so lifespan then doesn't reappear for 24h (I think) so happy to live with it.
