Has anyone used these? Seem to have some good prices and free returns.

I like them. No problems and the loyalty scheme works well (assuming you spend enough to trigger it).

Owned by people who love what they do, they ride, they sell what they ride.

Possibly one of the few truly decent cycle shops left in the UK.

Ordered a few bits from them. They got the morvelo overland range at pretty half price at the moment if that type of thing floats yer boat

Nice shop with a big warehouse over the river. Buy with confidence. They know what they are doing and are good at it.

I ordered a specialist Rotor part for a crankset and they knew exactly what I wanted, set it aside via their web purchase and I collected it in store with no issues.

I've noticed them coming up on a lot of hits lately at good prices on stuff too.

Good info guys. CRC just aren't the automatic go to like they used to be...

Yep all good with Sigma, no issues with anything I’ve bought and been very helpful when I’ve needed to ask them stuff.

Yep, they're great, at 4 miles away they are not quite my LBS but I'm happy to cycle past a couple to deal with them. They also run some nice social rides on a Sunday morning which I discovered when googling opening times to go and look at new bikes. Picked up a 2019 tarmac a few months ago at a decent price

I've bought a few things mail order from them over the years. They sorted a warranty issue for me on some exposure lights I bought off them no problems. Defo a proper shop.

Just discovered I put some Shimano RW5 winter shoes and two pairs of Shimano L03A pads in a basket months ago for £135 before signing up for newsletter and £10 discount for a £100+ basket... Must get around to at least ordering the pads!

Bugger! Have missed out on a lot of Loyalty stuff, several hundred pounds worth of kit recently bought as a guest, d'oh!

I like Sigma for all the reasons above but also because their website is cluttered with weird, obsolete or just crappy stock, it's quite nice just to window shop on the site!

I used them after this post. The service I received was exemplary.

They did a significant price match for me and allowed me to order two sizes and return the one that did not fit. Free postage and returns.

All done very efficiently.

Next time I need anything this will be the first place I look.

ps Looks like they currently have a good Castelli sale on at the moment.

Mick

He's the best presenter out there (in the cycling world) at the moment. Kudos to Sigma Sports for creating such good content.
