can anyone help me please , I’ve gone through 2 salamander pumps in 3 years so I think my water set up must be wrong . Cold water comes from tank in the loft into airings cupboard and into pump then back into the loft (level with water tank outlet) across floor and down to shower in en-suite, hot water comes out of hot water cylinder through Surrey flange into pump then into loft across floor and then down to shower . Are salamander pumps any good or can anyone offer me any better pumps that are better . Cheers boys

I’m not sure if I can solve your water problem but I do have a Salamander pump which is no longer needed, on the floor in front of me.

Ct25 twin let me know if your interested?

Salamander ære very helpful if you tell them your current set up they'll advise whether it's ok

Any spitting/noise/air when showering?

Is the pump lower than the top of the HW cylinder?

Both H and C supplies to the pump must be separate from other H (Surrey flange) and C supplies

The C supplies should be on the opposite side of the cold tank to the mains supply and while you're looking, is the cold tank clean? Check the inline filters
