My local supermarket is out of stock of my favourite muesli so I thought of making my own. I could google recipes but I thought I’d ask if anyone has any interesting ideas for ingredients or for where to buy the various components? What have you got.

Half oats, half oat bran, range of seeds, jogi berries, fresh fruit on top. Heavenly.

200g organic oats
140g barley or rye flakes
60g of raisins
43g toasted hazelnuts
43g of toasted coconut
Pinch of salt
Actually I get all the ingredients from wholefoods online where you can get everything organic in bulk at good price

Shedload of porridge oats
Pumpkin seeds
Sunflower seeds
Linseed
Maple syrup
Oven for 10 mins, gas 5
Add raisins and barberries
Heaven.
