It's been an exceptionally fine year for the garlic and I for one am not about to sit by and watch it always delegated second fiddle by fans of those common blue tarts.
Lush amounts around our neck of the woods this week, scenting the air a treat and 3 leaves tasted great chopped finely in my tuna salad. Any more pics or recipes?
