I am a member of a few home gym pages on faceyak.  Always gets me how they all seem focussed on how clean and polished everything looks.  I am not saying they arent used as some of the members are clearly spending a lot of time in there but how are they so immaculate.

Mine by contract is a shit hole.  Well it does share 50/50 with a home climbing wall but even so, my dumbbells are covered in liquid chalk.  My floor is dusty and often covered in sweat.  I try to put stuff away but often i finish a session and just cant bring myself to.

So lets see your setups?  The messier the better.  If i knew how to put a picture up i would put one of mine up but i dont.

Pretty basic. Bench, squat stands, some weights. But also needs space for a yoga mat and turbo trainer.

It's kept reasonably tidy as we both use it and there's nothing worse than working out in someone else's mess (even if it is your wife/husband/SO).

IMG_3015Mine needs a paint as we had to cut holes in the ceiling when we had an extension to run new gas pipes through. Also need to lose the treadmill and tent in the corner. My plan is to make that area somewhere to lock my road bike and put a Wattbike atom in front of the tv rather than a road bike in a turbo. Kids bike doesn’t usually live there but it’s brighter than the other half of the garage for having a go at protection taping it.

Mine is pretty crappy looking, but lots of good equipment. Can't stand home gyms that are all painted black and red with mood lighting.

If you’re a free member then I’ve found postimage to be the easiest option. Bang images on there then copy and paste the link into your post on here.

Ive recently been using direct uploading on here as a paid member - but it looks like the resolution isn’t great vs post image tbh
