Been 🤮 and 💩 since this time last night. Felt well enough to try a slice of toast mid morning but that just restarted the process.

Water staying down.

Starting to feel like trying again, thinking a banana this time? Soft, easy in, easy out, a few vitamins and minerals....

Yes, I'm bored and fed up.

Bananas are very good for you. Eating them should be encouraged.

Try Bisto. (Does it stop it? No, but it thickens it up a bit!)

I'll get me coat...

Give bananas to aircrew in the RAf

Go for it.

Always the opportunity for a banana smoothy if it doesn't work 1st time

Two pints of guinness and a mega-bag of dry salted.

Bananas are radioactive.

Which is why I never average more than two or three a day.

Sure if eating one doesn't sort you out you can always shove another one up your hoop to stave off the effects (I may have had a few beers at this stage 🙂 )

Soft, easy in, easy out, a few vitamins and minerals….

And that's how I met your mother.

No, they’re not. You may not like them, but compared to something like a Durian fruit, they’re a fruit with a nice flavour, that’s easy to eat and digest, and comes in a biodegradable wrapping.

Its more environmentally friendly to recycle them. My local greengrocer operates a deposit scheme and I take my empties back and get 5p each for them

Your support at my time of need is greatly appreciated. Banana appeared to do the trick.

Currently flat out on the sofa, playing "Fart or Shart?".

At the potential shart stage you need to be on a strict diet of onion bhajis and Tizer.

If yo have an gut bug ( rather than just your body rejecting something) which is likely given the length of time I believe the advice is water only for 24 hours so the bugs have no food to live on and reproduce.  Introduce food after you have stopped sharting

Maybe old advice

so the bugs have no food to live on

If you remove all the food then all the good guys will die as well!

We need the good guys to stay healthy - don't kill them!

Only if you're not worried about the radioactivity - bananas contain Potassium-40.
