With the mild weather, my lawn has just kept growing. It looks like it desperately needs cutting but is far too wet.
Should I do anything to help make life any easier in the spring, or just accept that it will need industrial equipment by the time I can cut it? I'm wondering if strimming it, so it's at least shorter, will be of any benefit?
It's just an ordinary lawn, but it would be nice if it looked nice this year.
Wait for a drying day and just take a bit off the top?
Weeks of wet and warm but with little sun have seen our grass give up the ghost in large patches. We now have long grass, bare clay soil and moss. Spring will be fun.
