Put me out my misery. I have some tie downs for my bike rack-normal shock cord with a plastic bullet end that you feed the cord through and it bites on it. Can I find them online, can I heck ?!?!

Nope one end is tied into it then you feed other end through and pull it flat into a toothed groove to tension it
