It's time to upgrade the shed in the garden. I've never purchased a shed before, as far as I can see there are plenty available online that they'll deliver flatpack.

How hard is it to erect a shed?
Would you be happy to buy online, or would you shop locally?

Any tips on what to look for?

I bought a 12ft x 10ft 'log cabin' type summerhouse about 10 years ago - came on a pallet that was plonked on my drive. Took a day to get the walls up and another day to put the roof on - I eventually used cedar shingles. I put insulation in the roof and floor and laid laminate flooring. Main issue is making sure you have a decent, level base.
I'd avoid the shiplap stuff sold by DIY sheds - balsa wood that will rot in a few years.
In terms of difficultly - easy if you make sure it's set-up square and level.
