Just moved our oldish shed to a new location in the garden and had to rip the old felt off that was leaking. I am sick of all my shed roofs leaking constantly as felt just doesn't seem up to the job. The shed has a pent roof so I am looking for some thing other than felt that is cheapish and more importantly doesn't start leaking within a year.
I have been looking at corrugated bitumen panels as these seem easy to install over the wooden shed roof and are not badly priced. However I can't quite work out what you do at the top edge of the pent roof. Bottom edge is fine as the overhang stops water getting in, but how do you make the top edge water tight? Will an L shaped flashing really work well enough?
doing the usual 'not answerign the question' thing.
Roofing felt applied correctly and when the weather's at the right temperature has always been fine for me on a number of sheds over 20 years.
Answering the question;
you can get foam that fits in the corrugations (top and bottom) to stop the wind gettign under the panels - that plus an 'l' shaped bit with a decnet overlap should be ok.
I used rubber on my shed roof, you order it in one big piece so no joins or anything to leak. Super easy to apply using a water based adhesive onto the ply covering I had. My roof was near flat though due to keeping the shed within sub 2.5 total height limits. Might be worth dropping them an email.

It's the
with a decnet overlap should be ok
That I am a bit concerned about. I just want it to be water tight as sick of leaking roofs.
I've used bitumen corrugated panels to reroof two sheds, you can also buy ridge panels made of the same stuff that cover the top edges of the roof. Dead easy to fix, just use a chalk line to make sure your nails line up or it'll look proper naff.

My FIL used this sort of tile on a playhouse for the grandkids in his garden.

Butyl pond liner will do it in one piece - lasts 25 years.
