I know it's a pain to use a third app but Imgur works really well for sharing the occasional photo.
Alternatively go into Flickr via your browser and force it to use the full desktop version. You'll then see the BBCode as normal
On your Flickr image, click 'view and edit info about this image'
Click 'view all sizes'
Press and hold on the image. Menu pop up, select open image, copy the address/url from the address bar.
Click img button above, paste the url, hit ok.
That should be it...
