Would like some feedback from people who have set up their own business email and possibly webpage as well.
Who's good to use and what's a good yearly pro e for this sort of thing?
I'm with one.com
Very easy to set-up a web page and email. I get quite a bit of business through it so its well worth it. Costs £40 a year for everything (what out for the extras that are missing from the headline price on some providers adverts). It was about as cheap as I could find when I set it up but it creeps up every year.
I use 123reg for my domain registration and business email, about £14/yr for the domain registration and £20/year for webmail. You'll pay a web hosting fee on top of this.
123-reg hosting fees seem to have shot up

I think they all have. As I mentioned, mine keeps creeping up. I did look around to switch but it seemed on a par with everything else. Happy to be corrected as I would like something cheaper. I don't use any of the features but they keep telling me I've got more things and more storage and they are only charging me this much more, but no option to stay as I am.
123-Reg are the place for domain registrations, definitely.
Can't go wrong with Google for email, everything just works and spam filtering is as good as it gets.
Depends how savvy you are in linking all this together though.
Lots of web page builders around these days. Wix, etc. And many of them will offer all of these services in one package. I'm not really familiar with any of them these days so can't offer advice, but past experience tells me they all have their hidden costs and quirks. I personally would use them for your website only, unless you have no clue what you're doing, then it might be beneficial to stay within their ecosystem.
ionos are great for SEO. Probably quite important for a business.
