My office chair at home has started dropping whenever I move.

It is one of the uppy downy swivelly ones with a lever undet the seat to raise or lower it.

It used to drop on its own if I leant back a lot as if the air was seeping out. Now it seams to do it pretty much as soon as I sit on it.

Anyone managed to service one of these?

I think they have a nitrogen type cylinder in them that provides the lift.

If that's leaking/leaked I suspect it's inviting an accident to try and disassemble it?

Maybe they're like the fox forks, an air can you can service with the intenral nitrogen bit you can't.

Take it apart and report back 🙂
