Became self-employed recently but I don't do one particular trade that fits neatly into the boxes for normal insurance quotes, I do a few things all over the place. If I was a mobile hairdresser, or had a shop it seems a lot more straightforward. Any recommendations for good insurance brokers to talk to, real people hopefully, to get cover quoted for what I think I need? Not having much luck on-line or ones I have called. Cheers
I used Hiscox for Indemnity Insurance but it was for marketing consultancy, so pretty standard stuff, but I found their customer service pretty good on the whole
One of the guys on here did ours this year and you REALLY can't get much more away from the usual with us!
Sandwich eater is who you need to talk to.
I'll let him know you're asking.
Butterworth Spengler were very impressive recently when I explained all the weird stuff I do.
I use NAPIT insurance for electrical work which I believe is Hiscox.
03455 646173 and ask for Catherine. She was excellent.
