I know these were stopped a few years ago but I’ve read they are still available for uk mortgages but the lender has to be out of the uk.
I know they were stopped for a reason but I’ve a complicated credit history (not in a bad way) and my last 2 residential mortgages were self cert and I’ve never had any problems.
Any advice.
What do you mean by complicated? There are UK mortagages out there for people with erractic incomes and no doubt other oddities but generally the odder you get the more expensive they get.
Are you certain you'll have a problem? Haven't the last two given you the credit history you need? Or at least a track record with whichever provider it is?
