We would like 4 cameras for our shop.

Battery operated indoor cameras and connected by wifi to a box that stores a weeks worth of footage.

I have asked this before but I can't find the thread .

Any obvious winners? Can we get something for £200?

Interested in this too. Upload to cloud storage might be useful if the scrotes steal the box.

Arlo might do what you want.  I've got the old version which does everything except local storage, but I think you can connect a hard drive to the base station on the newer/pro versions.

I don't think you can connect a local hard drive with Arlo, any version, but you can pay extra for a continuous plan, so footage is stored in the cloud. And you can use a USB stick to store footage locally, but I can't see how you could use that for continuous monitoring. In normal mode the cam is motion or audio triggered and works pretty well, but I doubt it would be optimal for a shop environment, probably better for domestic use.

Do it properly and you can do it for £200 per camera wired easily. Look up LTS CCTV cameras and recorders. Great quailty and decent warrenty.
