I was wondering if there is anyone else on here that suffers from migraines when the seasons start changing? I have suffered from them my whole life and they usually start around spring and autumn time and attacks can last up to a week. For me it's something that runs in the family with my grandad and dad both suffering from them.
I'd be interested to hear other people's methods for helping with the aura and banging headaches.
Thanks

Low sun and flickering (driving past trees, fluorescent lights) do it for me, as do the hot/cold air curtains at shops that I (normally) start to notice about now. I hadn't really thought of it as seasonal, but I can see it is. The only thing I've ever found any use is avoiding the triggers if I can.
