Sean Conway, yes I've never heard of him too is the guy who swam,cycled and ran the length of Great Britain.
He seems like a top bloke although a bit mental, I think the program about his adventure will be worth a watch.

he seems to have gained a bit more exposure during/since the run, discovery channel tie in probably helped
